Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is a Thai National Tourist Office responsible for promoting Thailand as a premier tourist destination. The Sydney office is responsible for the regional area of Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific. We provide information and support to the public, as well as media, wholesalers, airlines, travel agents and other partners. We have with us Thailand maps, posters, video footages and images and other materials readily available for both holidaymakers and travel agents. We also regularly participate in trade and consumer events including Thai cultural events and festivals for travel agents, wholesalers and consumers to obtain updated information while experiencing our unique hospitality throughout the country.

For the year 2017 TAT will emphasise the new Thai tourism campaignAmazing Thailand, Discover Amazing Stories: The Unique Thai Local Experiences”, which features Thailand’s local experiences that travellers can obtain in a specific area, distinctive stories with its own history, culture, or tradition, considering an element of the journey that leads travellers to learn the way of Thai life. Whereas each community has its own unique tales and expertise, this offers travellers exciting new perspectives.
